这样的供应商如何提升?
作为本公司的专门外协配套商,这是一家小型机加工厂,没有建立规范的质量体系,甚至没有出货检验,供货时每天送货,每天有退货和让步接收处理,钱扣了不少,就是如此,也是三天两头为外观缺陷等问题吵架.我们目前也不能踢了他重新开发新供应商.如何有效提升这样的供应商,各位有何高招,交流下!

(2)List thier poor quality item ,send this item to your top management .Let them know how high cost we had lost for this unpromising supplier
(3)Send your incoming materials inspection criterion to them. Let supplier review the accept criterion .
(4)Hold a meeting with both sides top management .Let supplier reply whether they can fulfill our quality requirement .
(5)If yes ,let supplier management representative sign their name on quality agreement .If no, pls let your top management decide whether you should cooperate with this supplier .
(6)Repeat to do above item
(8) If you still can not manage this supplier well ,pls contact with me .
