请教各位一个问题：
在IPC标准中有这样的描述：沉金的厚度为：0.05um,在4σ,典型平均值为:0.075-0.125um
英文原文是:The minimum immersion gold thickness shall be 0.05um at four sigma(standard deviation) below the mean:the typical range is 0.075 to 0.125 um.
请问如何理解?我们如何能满足这个要求?
