Be responsible for quality control and quality assurance of machine-finishing workshop. The primary responsibilities are as follow:
Quality control：
 Evaluate the unqualified parts, confirm the cause and related responsibility, when necessary to organize evaluation meeting.
 Monitor quality of the process in time ,supervise PQC job .
 Trouble shooting and coordinate to ensure the process is controlled ,if necessary to stop producing .
 Cut down rejected parts rate and cost.
 Quality data analysis and statistics, then report to the related departments according to the results
Quality assurance：
 Create and maintain work instructions ,inspection instructions and operating instructions
 Survey and analyze the special quality problem ,then do corrective and preventive actions according to root cause and complaint handling by using 8D
 Create and perform quality improvement plan, then follow up actions.
 Evaluate the process who turns out samples required by customer, including PFMEA, CONTROL PLAN and measuring requirements
 Transfer from drawing to quality specifications
Other duties:
 Cooperate with measuring engineer to check and validate measuring equipments .
 Cooperate with supplier quality engineer to provide technical supporting to supplier .
 Preparation of being audited by customer or internal auditor in time
 Do the procedure documents regarding unqualified parts controlled ,correct &prevent action SPC .
 To join quality meeting
 Train the inspector to understand inspection way and standards .
