UL线材的标贴要求
我们有生产电源，今年UL的审核员对UL线材的标贴审的很严，说实话之前UL也没怎么要求，我们对这块的认识不足，基本上每次来都发现有问题，要就是DC线没贴桔黄色标贴，或因加工的部位数量和标识不对应，加工的电子线的标贴不对等等。每次我们都请教UL的人，UL线材的标贴有什么标准或要求供我们学习，但从来没有清楚的回答过，问我们的供应商也没有回答，请大家帮帮忙，究竟有什么标准或要求，小弟一定加分加钱啊！！

电线接插件认可标签
Form 1-N -- This Recognition Mark is used for harnesses consisting of
four parts or less. Each piece of wire, fitting, splice, terminal block, wiring device,
etc. is considered to be a part. Simple terminations of the eyelet, ring, open
spade or quick-connect types are not counted as a part when determining the
form label to be used. One of the four (or less) parts may be a Listed power
supply cord.
形式1-N - 这种认可标签用于包含了四个或少于四个部件的接插件,
每一电线,装配附件,接头,接线盒,连线设备等都看作是一个部件. 简单的
端子比如针眼型,环型, 开口铲型或快接型端子, 在决定标签的形式时,都
不作为一个部件计算在内. 这四个(或少于四个) 的部件之一可能是列名
的电源线.
Form N -- This Recognition Mark is used for harnesses having more
than four parts as described above. The harness may include as one of the parts
a Listed power supply cord.
形式N - 这种认可标签用于包含多于上述的四个部件的接插件.
这种接插件可能包括列名电源线作为其中的一个部件.
Form 1-T -- This Recognition Mark is used for harnesses consisting of
four parts (or less) as described above, using as one of the parts, a power supply
cord which has not been previously Listed and, therefore, must be subjected to
the tests prescribed for a power supply cord.
形式1-T - 这种认可标签用于包含上述四个(或少于四个)部件的接
插件, 使用未经列名的电源线作为其中一个部件, 因此必须首先经过电
源线的测试.
Form T -- This Recognition Mark is used for harnesses having more
than four parts as described above and having as one of the parts a power
supply cord which has not been previously Listed and must, therefore, be
subjected to the tests prescribed for a power supply cord.
形式T - 这种认可标签用于包含多于上述的四个部件的接插件, 并且
使用未经列名的电源线作为其中一个部件, 因此必须首先经过电源线的
测试.
