有关ISO14001 4.4.3 信息交流提到，组织要决定是否对外交流重大环境因素，请问各位负责环境体系的，你们公司有对外交流重大环境因素吗？和谁交流？怎么交流的呢？
我想知道如何决定需要和不需要呢？我们公司目前没有对外进行交流。
4.4.3 The organization shall decide whether to communicate externally about its significant environmental aspects,and shall document its decision. If the decision is to communicate, the organization shall establish and implement a method(s) for this external communication.
