from the poll, i find that most of the voters' salary had not increased as they hoped. this gave many newcomer or quality veteran who plan to take the test an impression that the test of black belt is not very useful. It is obviously that many of us who have taken the test have no other idea but to increase their salary. so they will feel very disappointed when their salaries have not been increased after passing the test. as a matter of fact, passing the test of black belt has not direct relationship with your salary, except for the fact that you have signed an agreement that the company will pay you higher salary after you passed the test, but most of us volunteered to take the test. Based on this situation we are facing, we should correct our attitude to take the test. taking the test is in our benifit. our aim to pass to take the test is to obtain quality knowledge and improve oursleves rather than to pass the test.
the society is college where we can learn anything as long as we want to learn.
