我厂产品为化妆品盒,出口欧美.

1)Group together MSDS per product for EU market, i.e. Dior/Guerlain/Lumene.
2)Make sure that our Product spec sheets are intact and update if any material changed.
3)MSDS still in need:
Dior foil: 23024
Geurlain Pigment:8-905
Lumene Pigment:MB-A800089
Guerlain Brush/Applicator
4)For sub-contracted parts, we need lists of MSDS for each product independently , i.e. Dior/Guerlain, including all materials.
5)Our products fall under ' articles with substances not intended to be released'. For such types of products there is no requirement to register substances but there is a requirement for notification of substances of very high concern (SVHC) if the following two conditions are fulfilled,
a) the substance is present in those articles in quantities totalling over 1 tonne per producer of importer per year
b) the substance is present in those articles above a concentration of 0,1% weight by weight (w/w).
Also noted that SVHC Candidate list is to be updated very quickly.
5)Do we need to collect safety infor. for Box/Separator/EPE/Polybag?
