how to calculate the GRR%
TV有两个定义，为什么？
Whole variability (TV = Total Variation) with the variability of the parts
 Whole variability (TV) of the process variability
而计算GRR%时又可以有两种
GRR%=GRR/TV或者GRR%=1006GRR/
我们应该用那种啊？因为两种得出来的结果相差太大了。请高手指点
