GM Global Vehicle Development Process, (GVDP) Operations. Determine the impact of GVDP Deliverables timing releases to GVDP Operations (MS Project, Program Status System, PACE, etc). Develop Plans for implementation of releases within the Operations group for Vehicle Planning and Scheduling (VP&S). Develop GVDP Release training packages for Operations VP&S. Elevate and resolve systemic GVDP implementation issues. Develop, document, approve and maintain Vehicle templates to support VP&S. Act as Technical process expert for VP&S. All responsibilities contribute to more effective vehicle timing plans that lead to faster vehicles to market for General Motors.
