请教环境外审不符合项的整改措施计划

请教各位，不符合项的整改措施应该怎么做？请各位解答一下
我们公司最近外审监督检查发现如下问题：
１．The environment objective for significant environment aspects had established. But saving electricity don’t completed according to schedule (Mar.30.2009), and monitor requirement (Monitor frequency, responsibility etc) for environmental objectives and targets has not been defined in monitor and measurement procedure.

２.Some related law and other requirement don’t identify fully (如国家限制使用农药清单,上海市餐厨垃圾处理管理办法) ；

The applicable regulation list was not approval.适用的法律法规的清单没有审批；.

The evaluation results of compliance with law and other requirement was not available.合规性评价结果没有提供。

３.In the workshop found that the hazardous wastes（喷漆废弃罐） storage has not marked, has not placed in the special vessel;

Some hazardous chemical’s MSDS was not available (Like gasoline, ethyl alcohol, diluents (如汽油、酒精、稀释剂（松香水）、各种油漆)

When discovery to fire, the emergency plan don’t defined how to report (report method and Reported to who), and when discovery fire, how to report in Holiday and at night also don’t been defined.

The final disposal of waste food has confirmed 2009/3/4, but disposal don’t be follow up..

The environment aspect in product(Roots Air blower) don’t identified fully(such as noise, Vibration振动),

4.The organization doesn’t identify the significant environment impacts position, and the skill requirement to cause a significant environmental impact(s) position don’t identified. (Such as hazardous waste treatment, cleaner, forklift operator, air compressor operator etc).

All employees has conducted the environment training, but training for significant environment impacts position hasn’t association (forklift, air compressor operator etc) 。

The manager of admin and sourcing don’t related law and regulation (危险化学品安全管理条例、上海市餐厨垃圾管理办法，国家限制使用农药清单等) 。

５.The supplier performance evaluation was made, however the environmental requirements were not covered, such as the leakage prevention for oil transportation unit, the environmental requirements for vapour recovery system device and environmental requirements for parts plating company etc.

The environmental requirements was not defined and communicated to the company responsible for CNC machine maintenance, e.g. waste oil management etc.
