The State Department released its annual report on global terrorism in April. Now after much criticism about notable omissions of deadly terrorist attacks, a revised version is expected to be released. The report's original conclusion said that the year 2003 represented the lowest number of terrorist attacks since 1969. After a congressman complained, the State Department said it would correct the error and issue a new report. The State Department denies manipulating the data, but its detractors say that the real numbers indicate that terrorism is up 25 percent. Jonathan Karl, reporting from the G8 Summit in southeastern Georgia, has the story tonight about the State Department's misrepresentation of key terrorism information.

It is the first formal step in an effort to punish athletes without a positive drug test and solely based on documents such as e-mails and charts indicating the athletes used drugs. John Berman has more tonight on the latest developments in a growing steroid scandal.
