 PFMEA standard in SMD is not clear & strict enough, severity 9 is defined as the item which should be improved as 1st priority, not strict, at least should be 8. Top 20% high RPN process is required to be improved as 1st priority in SMD PFMEA standard, but there is no target & revise frequency definition, recommend to use RIM standard.
