4 ways to learn English:
1. If you have an urgent need to learn English and money is not an issue, the best approach is to find a good teacher and work hard according to his or her instructions.
2. If the need is urgent but you don’t want to spend money, you probably have to work very very hard using all means available to you.
3. If you are not in a hurry and have a large budget, the best way to learn English is to spend a year or so in the U.S., Canada or UK.
4. If you are not in a hurry and don’t want to spend money, joining a discussion group such as this is probably the best choice.
