1) The QA manager is a top level staff member reporting to the GM of the operation. This position is responsible for implementing and managing the Quality system. In your experience of being a Quality Manager, explain what is most critical to be successful in this position. (What are the biggest challenges and what are the necessary steps to successful quality management).
2) Assume that XXX China does not have a quality system. Tell me what your approach is to understand the business and implement and manage a quality system (Describe what you would plan on focusing on the first 3 months).
