1.2010年 3月8 日，欧洲化学品管理署（ECHA）公布提议，由丹麦，法国，德国三个欧盟成员国提出的将 8 种化学物质归为高关注度物质（SVHC），并且为可能的授权候选物质。这 8 种物质，被认为是致畸致癌及致生殖毒性的物质，对人类健康存在严重的潜在危险。各国可在 2010 年4月 22 日前发表有关 8种物质的危险特性提议的评论，以证明该物质可归为 SVHC物质.

The European chemicals Agency (ECHA) has today published proposals to identify eight chemicals as substances of Very High Concern (SVHC) and possible candidates for authorisation .The detaild proposals are available on the ECHA website using the link at the end of this press release .interested parties are invited to comment on the eight proposals by 22 April 2010.
