Responsibilities:职责
Set up and maintain quality system, safety system and environment management system.建立、维护质量体系、安全体系及环境管理体系。
Improve the quality inspection ability and performance.提高质量检测的能力及效率。
Ensure each inspection is completed according to proper procedure and discipline.确保每个质检动作根据正确的程序和原则进行；
Responsible for commercial components and manufactured goods inspection.负责外协产品检验和成品检验。
Quality control of product manufacturing process.产品加工工艺中的质量控制。
Plan, coordinate and direct quality control programs for own workshop and for suppliers.负责本车间和供应商的计划、协调与指导质量控制过程。
Write quality reporting as required.根据要求撰写质量报告。
Establish and implement corrective action on no-conformance product and improve product quality.对不合格产品建立和执行改正措施和提高产品质量。
Training and develop all quality inspectors regarding inspection procedures, quality standards.根据检验程序、质量标准培训和发展质量检验员。
Qualifications学历
Degree / background 学历/背景
Bachelor degree with an industry / technical background.机械、工程专业背景毕业
Experience经验
Deep knowledge and skills of ISO system.对ISO质量体系的深刻知识了解。
Knowledge in safety and environment management system.了解安全和环境管理体系
At least 5 years of working experience in quality, safety and environmental area in both manufacturing and service area. 至少5年以上在制造或相关服务领域内质量、安全、环境等工作经验
Language语言要求
Good Chinese and English in listening, writing and speaking.良好的中英文听、说、写能力
Other requirements其它要求
Familiar with software such as Microsoft office.熟练操作计算机
Good understanding of the basic electronic， electrical，automation and mechanical principle.熟悉电子、电气、机械、自动化基本原理。
Good understanding of electrical drawings and mechanical manufacturing drawings.优秀的电气、机械制造图纸阅读能力
Good communication skills.良好的沟通技巧
Responsible, open-mind and willing to learn.有责任心，思想活跃，愿意学习
Flexible, Team-working.灵活，团队工作能力
Available to travel all over China and abroad.能够在国内各地和国外出差
