Agree, many auditors are 不知所謂!
In fact, during audit, you can listen, but you can also "ask". If I were you, I will ask the so-called auditor "為什麼你有問題，可否具體說明那裡出錯....."
Auditor should have evidence to support his/her comments, but not simply because he/she "feels" there is something wrong. So you better ask he/she show evidence.
