不是的吧，如果是EOS那么IC的功能就会失效，现在功能正常，只是发热，就应该是pin24与GND短路，造成有电流通过发热。
你去查看下此颗IC的datasheet，就知道此IC的功能原理了！我大概看了下，Vcc处要接个二极管，实现5V的输入 3.3V的输出！
