最近在看MSA,裡面提及到漏斗試驗,不太明白其意思.
漏斗試驗的四項規則:
規則1:除非過程不穩定,否則不作調整或不采取行動.
規則2:在上次進行測量的相反方向以等量調整過程.
規則3:對準目標重新設定過程.然後在目標的相反方向以等量調整過程.
規則4:調整過程至上次測量點.

The theory proposed by Dr. Deming is well-known, but many management still igore this one. Anyway, hopefully you find it helpful
