Enlish learning materials

Some friends here ask my advices on their english learning. 太抬舉我了解! I use English here simply because english is my working language for many years and I feel more comfortable to use it for quick response. But it does not mean that I am a right person for teaching english here. Some materials I found from other link regarding english learning are quite interesting.
