我准备在下周三进行我们部门的内审，检查表如附件请查阅；
另外，我准备将管理职责这一项移至GM/ADM部门中，因为管理代表主要是负责对质量管理体系的整体策划并向高层报告目前公司体系运行的实际状况，同时根据相应情况组织各部门或单位进行持续改进等等；
这样的话，按审核计划中安排的审核员需要临时调整一下，原来制造部审核员是：A/B ; GM/ADM的审核员是：you/D,现在将你和B对换一下，你看是否合适？
I will be held internal audit of our’s dept next Wednesday , the details content please see attached ；
In addition ,I will prapared from mangement responsibility remove to GM/ADM dept ,because of the responsibility of MR is the quality mangement system of all planning ,and reported to top mangement fact status of the company system operation at present ,at the same time according to fact status organise each dept for the implement continual improvement etc ;
So that , according to the internal audit plan arrangement auditor needs to temporary adjust ,the original auditor of manufacture dept is :A /B ;the auditor of GM/ADM is :you/C , now would you and B exchange ,can you see suitable ?
