The purpose of this document is to present guidelines for assessing the quality of a measurement system. This document is not intended to be a compendium of analyses for all measurement systems. Its primary focus is measurement systems where the readings can be replicated on each part. Customer approval is required for measurement systems analysis methods not covered in this manual.
MSA手册的目的是介绍评估测量系统的质量指南。手册并不打算成为一个为所有的测量系统分析的汇编。它的主要焦点是在读数可以在每个部分可再现的测量系统。手册并不涵盖客户的认可所必需的测量系统的分析方法。
內容上增加頗多的計數型MSA分析,最新版本增加和(或)修改的内容涵盖以下主题:
•校准系统 Calibration systems
•分辨率的适合性评估 Evaluating discrimination for adequacy
•量具装配和夹具误差对测量系统分析(MSA)结果的影响 Effects of "gage assembly and fixture error" on analysing MSA results
•统计过程控制(SPC)与测量系统分析(MSA)的关系 SPC–MSA relationship
•量具重复性和再现性(GRR)的接收标准 GRR acceptability criteria
•“测量的目的”和GRR评估的联系 Link between "purpose of measurement" nd GRR evaluation
