求教, 厂长让我写新人工作报告
我到现在的公司40天了,所在的产品厂约500人,2条拉三班倒
品质部门有3个QE(两个高工,他们俩管我一个),QE下面有3个QT
所有的QC属于产线管,
今天下午产品厂长给我发了以下email
Please write a report about your work in XXX(Current company), suggestions, observations etc. please use PPT for this report. The due date is Sep 21.

我想从以下几个方面去写
1. 最近做过的一些改善案例
2. 对现在产品厂品质现状的一些观察发现以及改善建议
3. 对以后工作的规划

1) you are new comer, not a management consultant, only around 40 days in the factory--your 产品厂长 wants to know how good you know the factory. Don't try to show off and gives many suggestion. The more suggestion, the more challenges you will face when review with 产品厂长
---Don't try to show off. what a standard Chinese way! No pains no gains, young man can't grow up without challenges. Show off ? why not? You still can't be accepted even you behave as a freshman who don't want to offend anyone
2) The scope of your observation reveals how good you understand the factory
---a young man can't understand the factory in only 40 days. so just let him to say what he understood. the director or the manager only wants to get some different impressions
