RoHS 豁免条款第5条更新？

以前在许多文件上看到的RoHS豁免条款第5条都是这样描述的：“5. Lead in glass of cathode ray tubes, electronic components and
fluorescent tubes. ”
但是今天到英国ROHS官网下载最新条款，发现大多条款都加了限期，而第5条变成下面这样了：
“5(a) - Lead in glass of cathode ray tubes
5(b) - Lead in glass of fluorescent tubes not exceeding 0,2 % by weight”

是不是意味着Lead in glass of electronic components 不再被豁免了？目前我们公司很多贴片电阻厂商还在用这个条款呢！

PS:往下拉,发现: 7(c)-I Electrical and electronic components containing lead in a glass or ceramic other than dielectric ceramic in capacitors, e.g. piezoelectronic devices, or in a glass or ceramic matrix compound。

原来是换位置了，大家忽视我
