我本人不喜欢用email方式去沟通，除非必须发email或传递必要信息和文件报告，一般情况下，我更倾向于面对面沟通，所以我在email的政治文化上没有什么经验，不过，我想大家一定都有自己的体会吧，如果哪位可以写成连载的，那一定很好看{W{W期待ing........

Agree.
Results oriented is very important.
When I worked as Project engineer, I always use email to complain other departments and their heads, so polite and data are very important. Also must let their boss, like Operation mgr or Director/GM, know this issue.
But in fact I found that one cross funtion team meeting will be the best choice to fix some problems, do not email war.
For your info, our QM, from Singapore, in my former co, when he send out important mail, of course during e-mail war, he will read, review about 10 times before send out.
