Basically, your diagram is wrong. Too many to address here, but I would like raise a few as follows:
1) 層別法--should be first consideration when deal with data. Therefore, it is not necessary after Checklist "檢查表"
2) 層別法-- it always conduct before histogram or control chart
3) Control chart--when it is used as monitor the improvement effect, it should be after Cause and effect diagram.
....... many others but I don't list here!
Well, in fact, the sequence of QC tools is not necessary in a order, it all depends how you use it and what you want to present. The diagram you design is good, but it may let friends misunderstand the core of qc 7 tools
