ROHS2.0的内容，你看懂了吗？？
从最新欧盟议会对ROHS2.0的投票情况来看，生效是早晚的事，
对其中内容个人有点疑问，和大家讨论一下：
1.制造商的义务：ROHS2.0中对制造商的义务有了明确说明，其中“2. Manufacturers draw up the required technical documentation and carry out the internal production control procedure set out in module A of Annex II to Decision No 768/2008/EC or have it carried out”，看768/2008/EC module A of Annex II 有个“TSET REPORT"，这TEST REPORT 是指哪方面的测试报告呢？
2.”Where compliance of EEE with the applicable requirements has been demonstrated by that
procedure, manufacturers draw up an EC declaration of conformity and affix the CE
marking.“中”要求“是不是指除满足ROHS外还有其它的条件，只有这些都满足，才能编写EC合格证明，贴CE标签？
