北京 ASQ 参加后的感受和心得!
今天去参加会议了,看到了牛人们 ,根据的我的印象写下来:
也提到了质量成本函数,这个没有接触过,要好好学习!Loss(X)=(Value/D^2)*(X-T)^2,这里Value就是这个单子的钱,D是公差;X表示这批材料的均值,T表示目标值!最后算出钱的数量
感觉很能做事,也比较能表达,给了一个很好的案例,是关于Operation Quality-leading time , 涉及降低应收账款,缩短变现周期,改善企业现金周转, 减少客户投诉的流程管理与改善,以及管理在服务,销售和运营领域的运用和培训等知识,案例中将关于delivery time 降低讲述的很好,颠覆了常规的认为 产品交付delay主要来自于生产的问题进行了分析,从数据的收集的近百个case中发现在simense 是由于订单的下达和审核,以及材料的问题导致的,最后给出了合理的解决方案,最后的结合对比,能明显的看出改进的效果非常明显,很羡慕!我们的浪费来源: 主要是Defect、over production/Transportation/ waiting/;强调: 知识面要开拓,在质量方面要能运用同时也要将个人的职责和能力覆盖到产品的整个供应链!Responsive to change! 学习!!!

C. some recommendations : R1 not break quality baseline; R2 watch your competitors(performance/internal&external)
R3 market environment(national & reginal)-------------Race between a tortoise and a rabbit
other : fulfill it your promise, be patience.
quality shall cover product life cycle management:
1) quality performance during whole life cycle
2) Rams is prior the function design
3) set up forecast if possible
举例说明对于抽样检验出现不合格品的处理办法: reback,rework& select
influence or educate your boss! 重点提到了 Attitude is more important than Know-How!

Zhu加入ASQ(美国质量学会),并成为ASQ全球认证质量工程师; 自2008年开始,担任四星集团质量保证及产品安全副总裁 (美国主要零售商的供应商); 工作经验很丰富,介绍了各国对Quality 的define! explain its tiny diff, 比较了品质和质量的区别,给了大家一些怎么成长的经历(充实自己,做小项目,出售自己),怎么控制工作时间技巧,学会生活; 介绍了怎么处理团队问题以及自己的工作经历,比较了中美两国的质量人员对文件的管理和维护;在可靠性试验方面的经验(小孩子玩具的测试),强调Data speaking itself; you get what you give!

Case 1 . Product (bicycle) sold in major retail store (service quality、material control、 design quality)
Case 2 . Luggage case(broken of wheels , cause the traffic accident, solutions set up system(FAI), design quality control, manufacturing quality control)
Case 3 . Intermittent function (contact),for the supplier using no approval material to replace, for no ECN to control the quality , should pay more attention on FAI, qualification.
Career development/ ASQ certification: Potential employer can access through ASQ; you will have a diff when you have certification and can also reflect our reality; certail Key position does require certification.
能记得就这么多了,最后大家讨论了几个问题,一个是关于对ODM质量管理的问题;做好公司系统维护问题(设备);SQE的工作以及希望这这个方向发展的一些建议。
总结起来就是要学习啊,质量是一个很好的行业,要不断的学习,拓展知识面,专精!

仰望楼主,
顺便打听:大会不会是英语发言居多吧?
中西结合的还能听个明白,
但全英语的话就只有{Y{Y{Y了。。
想当初四级都考了4次。。
伤心啊,一项弱势制约太多发展空间。。
突破这个瓶颈自己都没什么信心,
因为时间、精力都花费到现在的工作中去了。。
