回顾2010-励志2011（Review 2010,Plan 2011 ）
0- Instrution
Today is 1.15, I Just rent a new home, is so tired for me to move such many things. This also let me be happy for I will lead a better live. And this also call me to review this latest years I experienced. For a brand future in 2011, remind me and you, achieve all of our goal .Just like it says that Any success depends upon previous preparations.
1- Review my 2009-2010
Last day is passed, so we need to review and plan . that time I just left my school. I want to find a quick road and great job .
So I make a great confuse, the I adjust my Job position from ME of PC Manf. to QE in Metal Manf. the attitude fo this 2 years I just want to lead a simple and stable work， then I have some time to study Quality system and 6 sigma tools, after this stage， I
gradually understand the work spirits and what way I can access and I can fitness.
Points on my great(achivements) Job in 2010 is I Know how to establish quality system and audit the QS
the six sigma is just a method, How to use it is not position on some one , this need all your management system to put some resouce into, and pay great hardwork on your project.

2- Plan 2011
1) quality system
2) Raw material control
3) Breakthrough in oral english
4）Time management
