请教高手,帮忙翻译下,在线等候。
1. Need to use "brittle" silicon on the connections inside shoe, not the gummy version that won't come off.
2. "Hand tighten" all external screws – so they don’t strip if repair needed.
3. Install v.1.25 with FLIP.
4. Cycle power on each shoe on/off 20 times to prove firmware will not fail.
5. Run test program to test all buttons and lights on each shoe are functioning.
6. Check backlight on LCD is illuminated.
7. Need to UV strip test and confirm nose reads at 50 Angstrom or below (NEED USPC TO PROVIDE SAMPLES TO TEST WITH).
8. Sensor A: Grey Strip test needs to be in on/off correct area (NEED GRAYSCALE CARD TO TEST WITH).
9. Card guide gap must be in spec to keep cards over reader properly; check card gap height is 0.022” to 0.019”, card width is 3.479” to 3.489”.
10. Card Guide: Need to make sure every screw installing card guide is tighten; had some missing screws in the past
11. Need to pull sample cards of USPC and Fournier UV codes (NEED USPC TO PROVIDE SAMPLES TO TEST WITH).
12. Check each shoe with its respective power cord and power supply to ensure no shorts.
13. Output voltage on each external power supply must be 5.0V minimum, 5.15V maximum.
14. Check the DB9 port is installed correctly with custom standoffs; should test by installing a comm cable.
15. LID sensor quality: Need to make sure LID alarm won't happen after LID cover had installed.
16. Rolling Mouse 1: Need to check the mouse with brake.
17. Rolling Mouse 2: Need to be drop down smoothly.
18. Faceplate: Need to check magnets installed and secure with no break in plastic boss
19. LID cover: Need to check magnets installed and secure with no break in plastic boss
20. Strain relief: Need to check the size of the strain relief or the hole of back cover is correct so customer can install successfully.
21. Need list of all shoe serial numbers manufactured and statement they passed all these checks (COA).
