On Site Quality Controller

Job Description

Routine Job:

Shipment QC Inspection:
 Daily Outgoing inspection according Quality agreement and packaging Spec
 Process audit with reference to Global manufacturing manual, MOM, Ctrl Plan
 IBV program (Train & Qualify Supplier QCs for RB project)

NPDs/ EPDs support:
 Conduct, coordinate, follow, and monitor the testing per DATP for Design or process approval.
 Give input to PFMEA, line set-up, check point; Control Plan;
 Participate Measurement system qualification

Quality Issues Follow-up & Others:
 Team member of quality issues solving; Quick analysis in co-packer site by samples measurement; process parameter confirmation.
 Other Support in EAST office or assigned

Report:
 Daily shipment Inspection Report or CoA.
 Monthly Report of Outgoing Inspection. (RFT)
 Regular (Biweekly or weekly) written report to management about status of NPDs/ EPDs, Engineering Change Implementation; Corrective/ Preventive action for Quality Issue or audit nonconformities;
 Regular spoken presentation of Quality Control sharing. (lessons learned)

Requirements:
 Spoken English can communicate with foreign colleagues, communicative, proactive, hands-on, Team work player, can travel.
 Bachelor, preferred in science or engineering
 1+ year any working experience.
