体系审核发现疑问

公司在16日进行外审，发现客户图纸没有审核和批准（客户端），引用条款为：7.5.4Customer propertyThe organization shall identify, verify, protectand safeguard customer property provided for use or incorporation into theproduct. If any customer property is lost, damaged or otherwise found to beunsuitable for use, the organization shall report this to the customer andmaintain records (see 4.2.4).
发现：
The drawing (Part No. 4228006a)from the customer has the blank space in the Check, Approve and Status column1， 引用标准是否正确？
2，应该如何改善此问题？
