招聘单位:台州法雷奥

需要5名,英语熟练,月薪6~10K,根据个人能力而定,地址:浙江台州温岭.

具体要求如下:
-To represent the function of quality in the project team development activities.
-To planify all the quality tasks according the cip std of quality plant (based on validation plan, fmea,...) and to control their right application.
-To pilot the quality contributors.
-To establish and to manage the quality budget.
-To assure the permanent relationship with the customer quality assurance department with the involvement and the support of the valeo quality customer engineer service. ( including for the submission of the initial samples)
-To coordinate the quality review sessions between the valeo and the customer teams.
-Be responsible for the product quality status which is to be sent to the customer, and the related report for all the projects phases ( prototype, pre production...). therefore, the ptm has the authorization to stop any delivery in case of presence of non conform parts.
-To assure that the project has been checked and released regarding the vtess data base (lcc).
-To set up the lesson learned card (llc) issue and to in-put it into vtess.
-To assure the quality analysis based on the valeo standard protocol and format for the internal and the customer quality issue in the appropriate or requested time

JOB SUMMARY/: -Project quality control
MISSION DESCRIPTION
Respect the CIP procedure and achieve the quality mission in project team.
-Set up and achieve the quality target in project.
-Confirm PV test result.
-Communication with customer to achieve PPAP submission and trace the result of PTR.
-Quality improvement plan in all phase are be made and implemented. –
-Quality problem analysis and solve in project, quickly response to customer. –
-Tracing the improvement and result when project close, and give the LLC from quality. –
-Monthly quality summary to reporter at the end of month and priority action in coming month. –
-Others action request by function manager or project manager.
Job OWNER’S REQUIRED PROFILE/
1.Required education, training, skills & experience/ College education or above/ Familiar with quality tool and problem analysis method. Team work. Good English skills in writing, listening and speaking. /Knowledge of customer’s standard or requirement. /Experience of APQP or CIP. / Understand the phase audit and process audit in FDP. /Fully experience for product and quality issues analysis.
