Four aspects for english learning: Reading, Writing, Listening and Speaking.
Reading--Read english newspaper (or e-newspaper on website) everyday
Writing--Use english to do your daily summary (for yourself, which is not only good for your english writing, but also your daily operations review)
Listening--Radio
Speaking--most difficult, but you will find your way to cover it when you see it necessary.
Keep it half a yr, well, it is alreay OK for you.
