请问CIPS和MBA课程对于SQE/SQM/commodity合适吗？
我是五年R&D转到project做了三年，两年前再转到supplier quality，今后想往commodity发展。
由于本科跟硕士都是工科，没有business方面的经验，想转commodity恐怕也没人要，想说是不是再读个采购或管理类的东西会比较有用？

Friend, I understand what you think and feel.... when I was 32, I had the similar career problem, and I spent almost a year to solve it...
Well, your english is quite good, and it can definitely help you to make progress in your career path, esp when you age over 30 and position as middle management in your company. If you don't want make any significant change in your career path, you can try to add some "customer service" or "sales" elements in your exisiting post. Don't think that sales activities done by sales depat only, you can actually participate in it if you want and try, for example, can you do anything support to your sales?
Of course, your aggresive will definitely add workload to you yourself, but it also add value to you as well, and put you to the frontline with customer. Finally, you will find it also open another opportunately to you.
