下面提到的A/B二个料号是刚刚新建的料号，相应的资料也未建立（如RM文件变更清单），RM FILE里面所含的图纸也是非正式图纸，未加盖工程发行章/文件受控；至于是谁是什么时候放进DCC，目前也不得而知；
另外，PARTS.E里面更新图纸均为正式图纸（即A,B……版本），因此在工程未发出正式版前暂不在PARTS.E上面更新；
还请大家按照我司内部文件程序作业，无论这些资料是内部还外部使用，只要有ABC（SZ）抬头的，且放在DCC文件或RM FILE中的，均需要有工程的发行章或文件受控章，烦请大家积极配合！

It has just established two Part. NO as following mentioned for A/B, and relate to information don’t be built such as RM document list, the drawing that is a informality as it doesn’t cover the engineering publish stamp/DCC control in the RM file; until now we all doesn’t know who put it in the RM file;
Otherwise, the drawing updated in PARTS.E are formality (i.e: A,B….revision etc ) , it will not be updated before the engineer dept don’t issue
In here, I hope everyone to do by our company internal documentation; irrespective of these data used by internal or external, if only the mark is ABC(SZ) and put in DCC documentation or in RM file, they are need issue stamp of engineer dept or DCC control ;
