1. Component Design Engineer

Job Description:
Design of Urea Dosing System
1, Supply module and dosing module design using PRO/E and Auto CAD
2, Simulation & calculation, FEM analysis
3, Material selection and design for manufacturing, SE-Teams
4, Quality tools: DRBFM, D-FMEA, 8D report, FTA ect.
5, Documentation (drawings&partlist, SAP-P87/P18, AEAS, ECR, QA-sheet)

--Support customer project by providing following data
1, Sample number, Offer drawing, Interface clarification, TCD, mounting instruction, I-FMEA, ect.

--Support testing team in
1, Failure analysis
2, proving sheet definition
3, bearing load calculation

--Support purchasing team
1, Evaluation of external suppliers

Educational Background:
1,B.A./Masters degree in mechanical design from good university
2, Quick in understanding technical relations and consequences
3, Good team-working capabilities
4, Broad technical Background
5, Capable to set his own priorities for his work
6, Capable to organize his own work himself
--Language:
Good English (fluent discussion of technical topics possible), German language skills optional.

1. Equipment Engineer

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Test equipment administration
• Gauge , test equipments and test bench calibration
• Trouble shooting of test bench/test equipments
• Spare parts of equipment management
• Upgrading of test bench/test equipments
• Public tools administration
• Test bench/test equipments maintenance
• Spare parts of equipment ordering
• Personnel contribution to shape and enhance an efficient and harmonious team profile.

Qualification Requirement

• Engineering or technical Master Degree from a good university
• Good English Language Skills

1. Testing Engineer

Job Description:
-Responsible for testing machine capability improvement and introduce new testing machine and release
-Technical support for production in testing area
-Testing machine failure diagnosing and solving
Qualification Requirements:
-Bachelor degree or above of Mechanical and electrical background or Automation control major
-Experience in hydraulic test bench is welcome
-The company offers the possibility to have training abroad

1. Product support Engineer

Job Description:
-Support product assembly ,testing line and single part production with close corporation
-Assembly, disassembly injectors and Analysis of measurements of common rail compents with testing equipments EMI,EVL
-Working on the basis of modular quality system, and standardization 8D report, P-FMEA, SPC, etc
Qualification Requirements:
-Bachelor or above of mechanic engineering or internal combustion engineering
-Good command of oral and written English (CET6)
-Quick in understanding technical relations and consequences

1. Calibration Engineer Vehicle

Job Description:
-Layout and validation of EUC vehicle functions at /Customer side and others
-Develop strategies for improving quality, reducing effort and standardization of calibration
Join summer ,winter ,and Trial test for vehicle validation under extreme conditions
Qualification Requirements:
-Education Bachelor or Master degree in Science/Techniques (vehicle engineering or control engineering preferred)
-Skill of using simulation tool (e.g. Mat lab ) and understanding of programming
-Basic understanding of Electronic engine control unit, Hydraulics, Mechanics

1. DNOX Calibration Engineer

Job Description:
-Calibration of emission and DNOX system related functions at Ad Blue Injection Systems Support of customer projects in respect to emission and system related functions
Qualification Requirements:
-B.A./Master degree IN mechanical/thermal engineering with focus on internal combustion engines, exhaust gas treatment
-Fluent English speaking and writing
-Good knowledge of exhaust gas treatment, engine combustion process and emission performance tests

1. DNOX System Engineer

Job Description:
-System definition and design of electrical functions of DNOX-systems
-Support DNOX-customer projects with ECU/DCU system functions and Perform verification test
-Basic knowledge of electronics in automotive applications (microcontrollers, governors, software, sensor, and actuators, embedded systems)
Qualification Requirements:
-High capability in understanding of complex systems (SW, HW, mechanics )Knowledge in measurement techniques

1. System Development Engineer Hydraulics

Job Description:
-Support Common Rail customer projects with hydraulics topics and hydraulic functions
-Handle customer project tasks and work packages independently and self-responsible

1. Application Engineer

Job Description:
-Failure analysis for endurance tested pump and Function test for the pumps
-Chosen/Selection of suitable device for pump testing(flow meter, temperature sensor, pressure sensor, etc.)investigations of the pumps
-Arrange sample pumps application time schedule according to project priority
Qualification Requirements:
-Engineering or technical B.A./Master degree from a good university

1. Engine Calibration Engineer

Job Description:
-Definition of engine tests in accordance with customer requirement together with project engineers from application department
-Programming(fine tuning)and execution of engine bench tests for optimization under automatic and manual operation
-Adaptation of injection system on engine test bed with respect to emissions ,fuel consumption ,performance and combustion noise
Qualification Requirements:
-B.A./Master degree in mechanical engineering with focus on internal combustion engines
-Good knowledge of engine combustion process and engine performance tests
-Good English skills & Good Team-work capability

1. Maintenance Engineer

Job Description
--Good experience of electrical or mechanical system design and machine electrical or mechanical maintenance.
--Good management experience for PM / 5S / TPM action, leading project experience
Qualification Requirements
--Bachelor degree (or higher), Major in mechanical or electrical control of Manufacturing Engineering.
--With experience of Project management
--With good electrical / electronic control knowledge background
--With mechanical machining knowledge background.
--Familiar with Machining / Pneumatic / Hydraulic
--Familiar with PLC / CNC control / data flow technology.

Job Description
