淺談ISO14001：2004各個分章節的過程導向圖說（1.一般要求）

本人在六西格瑪網站自從發表ISO14001：2004版應文件化和記錄化的個人理解後，收到很多朋友的回信。我曾說過會再次向各位朋友呈述各個章節之關連，希望各位朋友能夠指教與勉勵。謝謝！

1.general requiretments一般要求事項。
條文：組織應建立、文件化、執行並維持持續改善之環境管理系統，以與本國際標準要求達成一致並決定如何實現此類要求。
組織應界定並文件化本環境管理系統之範圍。
The organization shall establish, document, implement, maintain and continually improve an environmental management system in accordance with the requirements of this international standard and determine how it will fulfill these requirements
The organization shall define and document the scope of this environmental management system.
