4.2環境政策：
Top management shall define the organization’s environmental policy and ensure that, within the defined scope of its environmental management system it:高
階主管應界定組織的環境政策，並確認在環境管理系統界定之範圍內該政策；
a) is appropriate to the nature, scale and environmental impacts of its activities, products and services,對組織之活動、產品或服務的性質、規模及環境衝擊是合宜的；
b) includes a commitment to continual improvement and prevention of pollution,包括對持續改善和污染預防之承諾；
c) includes a commitment to comply with applicable legal requirements and with other requirements to which the organization subscribes which relate to its environmental aspects,包括符合組織承諾之環境考量面相關適用之法令與其他之要求；
d) Provides the framework for setting and reviewing environmental objects and targets;提供一個架構以設定與審查環境目標與標的；
e) is documented, implemented and maintained;已文件化、實施並維持；
f) is communicated to all persons working for or on behalf of the organization; and 已傳達給所有為組織工作之人員，及
