求质量工程师

我不知应放在哪里,我公司需招聘一名质量工程师,具体要求如下:工作地点为苏州新区.可内部推荐.美资,大家可有兴趣一试.
(1) Quality Engineer 质量工程师

Requirements:

- 至少两年以上外企工厂质量控制经验，有ISO/QS-9000体系维护经验与SPC经验

• 有检测设备计量经验者优先
• 能够分析统计数据, CPK, PPK, ANOVA等
• 工作积极主动,能独立工作且能承受压力
• 熟练使用英语与电脑办公

At least College degree majored in mechanical engineering or related.

• at least 2 years experience in a similar position with a western company. Experience of ISO/QS9000 system and SPC is must.
• Initiative and creative. Be able to work independently and under pressure. Possess team spirit and excellent communication skills.
• Understand and can analyze statistical data, CPK, PPK, ANOVA etc.
• The experience of inspection equipment calibration metrology is preferred.

-Good English and PC skills.

Responsibility:

- 协助进行辅材料、半产品和成品的品质控制和品质保证。

• 维护ISO、QS质量控制体系和相关的品质控制文件及程序，并保证体系的正常运行。
• 参与对全公司员工进行质量管理方面的培训。
• 参与核算并帮助公司降低质量成本和废品率。
• 检测工具的计量/生产线统计数据的监控.

- - Assist to control and insure the quality of the material, WIP and products;

• Assist to establish and maintain the quality system including the related control documentation and procedures. INsure the normal operation of the whole system;
• Assist to train all the employees regarding the quality management;
• Assist to check and help company to reduce the quality cost and scrap.
• Inspection equipment inspection / Monitor the data collected from the production lines.
