管制图中+/- 3SL 如何确定的。

比如我在MINTAB14中有画出一个Xbar-R管制图，但是没有出现+/- 3SL这三个管制界限，因为没有出现这3个管制界限，所以出来的图无法判断是否在管制界限。请各位品质前辈们帮我看看是怎么回事，是我的Mintab 14设置的有问题，还是哪里出问题了。

Out Of Control Signals超出管制界限的信号
Besides the primary indicator of out of control signal, any point beyond the control limits, there are other signs of out of control due to non‐random patterns: 超出管制界限的信號_七種規則：
􀀹2 out of 3 points in zone A三點中的兩點落在A區
􀀹4 out of 5 points in zone B or beyond五點中的四點落在A區
􀀹9 points on same side of center line九點位于平均中線同側
􀀹6 or more consecutive points連續點increase or decrease (Trend)六個或以上的連續點增或減
􀀹14 points up and down (Systematic系統的)十四點作上下系統地變異飄移
􀀹Repeat of same cycle重復相同圈形的現象
􀀹Hugging Center Line似環形現象
