"I and he" or "He and I"?

A professor friend of mine always uses “I and he” to distinguish himself as the professor while “he” is his student.
Please never do this in English, my friend, even “he” is your son or grandson. It is always “He and I”.
The rule of order is: You first, followed by He or She or They, then I.

No, only he and I; or him and me. You know the difference.
