关于TS16949中不合格项判定条款的问题
抽查检验记录单上填写的产品名称为“HML22D, XYZ铁件”（前面为图号，后面为产品名称），技术要求为宽度64±0.2，
而实际产品图号HML22D的产品名称为ABC铁件，且技术要求的宽度为75±0.25，
检验记录单上填写的技术要求与图纸要求不相符。
请问应判定为TS16949条款中的哪一条啊，先谢谢了！！！
