Khan Academy-to improve listening ability while learning something the easy way

We can improve our listening ability by learning how thousands high school and college level classes are being taught in English:

Mr. Salman Khan was born and raised in New Orleans, Louisiana, United States. After earning three degrees from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (a BS in mathematics, a BS in electrical engineering and computer science, and an MS in electrical engineering and computer science), he pursued an MBA from Harvard Business School.

Mr. Khan has done such a great job that for us quality engineering practitioners, it is easy to learn what ANOVA is all about in three 20-minute video sessions.
