If you have the complete ISO9000 system, I think it is easy to get the TL9000 documents.
As you know, TL9000 is set up above ISO9000, only adding a little portion. Do not need to get from other people. Currently, I am leading my team to establiish the TL9000 system. Understanding the items, which are different with ISO9000, then, it is easy to finish the documents. For the quality manual, you can set your indicates base on the product type you have and write into the manual. Then, it is OK.
By the way, due to the special requirement from QuesrForum, you need to gather up the continuous production data and make up a report to send to UTD, an America university, who are assigned by the QuestForum to analyze the data. Getting the message from them, then the authorized institute can do the audit to you. ......
