铝中铅含量超1000正常吗

2002/95/EC - Lead as an alloying element in steel contaiing up to 0.35% lead by weight, aluminum containing up to 0.4% lead by weight and as a copper alloy contaiing up to 4% lead by weight.

铅是作为合金元素添加，用来增加强度，豁免（标准如上）。铅作为杂质存在时，要符合RoHS要求（<1000ppm）。
