这份有害物质标准应该源自哪里？

近日又接到客户的要求，发现比SS00259还要严。请各位看一下应该是源自哪份标准的。P.S:有谁有CSI的环境管理物质控制标准类文件吗？

Please notice the requirement of restriction to use of certain
hazardous
substances as below:

1. Pb, Lead < 100 ppm
2. Cd, Cadmium < 75 ppm
3. Hg, Mercury < 0 ppm
4. Cr+6, Hexacovalent Chromium < 3 ppm
5. PBBs, Polybrominated biphenyls < 10 ppm
6. PBDEs, Polybrominated biphenyl ethers < 10 ppm

1. Pb, Lead in Cable Jackets < 300 ppm
2. Br, Bromine in PWB and material < 900 ppm
3. PVC, Polyvinyl Chloride < 100 ppm
4. Azo colorants < 30 ppm
5. CFC's, Asbestos, Halogenated Dioxins and Furans, and PCB and PCT

are
completely banned

1. Ethylene Glycol Mono Methyl and Ethyl Ether and their Acetates

are
banned below 5 ppm
Your data sheet should attach the 3rd party testing report such as SGS
or
ITS. This is different from standard RoHS requirement as some big
company
layout special picture as reaction to RoHS. The implementation deadline
is
before May 2005. I think you have gotten this information from CSI in
stage
of early design.
