应对审核的技巧

和大家讨论一个问题

论坛里面有很多讲审核的技巧的帖子， 可是当我们在应对审核的时候有什么技巧呢？ （我们公司马上要过外审了，我在准备一个培训）

我简单写了一些

During the audit, if you do not understand the question, please confirm before you may give a wrong answer;
If you do not know the exact answer, it is better that you ask for permission that you can invite some other people to answer the question;
It is better not to have a discussion in the face of the auditor, otherwise he may think you do not know the procedure/ workflow or you even try to hide something;
When you answer the question, just give the to-the-point answer, you can give an example( a well-prepared example);
When the audit in your part has been finished, please express appreciation to the auditors
