OK to have a guess what the answer is…..just use the DMAICS process and data to confirm it
Avoid “Boil the Ocean” projects
Avoid IT intensive projects
Avoid capital intensive projects
Avoid large multi-functional projects (play in your own sandbox)
Avoid projects where metrics don’t exist

很有道理，但是如果判断这些条件，或者条件的重要度是那些，毕竟不是所有的条件都好满足的。
LZ能不能给一份更详细的解释
还有，上面提到了这点我不是很认同

如果这种项目答案很清楚的，可能只需要很简单的步骤就可能解决了，如果套用DMAIC的话是不是有点太教条了。
成了为了做项目而做项目了。
我觉得工具的本质还是为了解决问题，而不是把问题变得更复杂:D
