Speak up for myself

Hi ,

I know you are an honest man who I can always level with.

Honestly, I think I deserve a higher title as ***
I have been handling supplier quality alone for China site for 3 years. Without any exaggeration, during the past 3 years, I’ve not only set up a suite of procedures which make our supplier management conforming to ISO9001 & internal requirements, but promoted the supplier quality of China site to a solid level. In addition to supplier quality, I have been in charge of some tough sourcing work as well.

I’m getting kind of dismayed as I found out a lot of associates who were much junior to me in the past , have titles much higher than mine, such as “specialist”, “Scientist” or so. Whether it is coming to performance , capability, skill, education or experience, I don’t think I’m weaker than any of them in these aspects. All I need is just a fair play.
